Let’s help each other…
Doug is preparing for his life in semi-retirement after government service.
He is currently a Gallup certified strengths coach through their proprietary “Clifton strengths” method. To further his expertise, he is working toward a professional advanced coaching credential. His program fulfills the requirements of the International Coach Federation, which is internationally recognized as the “gold standard” in professional coaching.
As part of the curriculum, he is required to demonstrate proficiency through a minimum number of practical coaching hours.
He is offering selective one-on-one coaching to individuals who have an interest in being coached for any area where they want to move the needle in their life or skills. Most people have an interest in moving from where they are, to where they want to be, and coaching can be that key that unlocks that potential. Often, it is a lack of clarity, and not motivation that hinders our desires.
